What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC (U.S. ORDERS)

All orders placed after October 6th 2017 will begin to ship after October 11th. NO refunds will be issued for orders that require delivery before stated shipping time (updated 10/06/17) We are getting orders out as fast as possible. Kaylux Kits and Body Highlighters ship priority, 1-3 business days. Highlighters and lip glosses ship first class, 3-7 business days. Thank you for your patience. 

All orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking numbers typically take around 24 hours to receive delivery information. Please note that adverse weather conditions and holidays may delay shipping. For more information visit USPS.com 

INTERNATIONAL

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 7-21 days for delivery, depending on country. Your order may be subject to custom fees that you will be responsible for paying. 

 

Whats your return policy?

All sales are final. No exchanges. Samples are periodically available if you would like to swatch and/or test shades. 

 

How do I order wholesale?

What if my package has been lost/stolen?

USPS policy states a package is considered lost after no delivery attempts have been made and 15 business days have elapsed since the mailing date. A package is considered stolen if a package has been updated to delivered status yet the customer never received package. Whether your package has been lost or stolen, USPS policy states that I cannot file a claim until 15 days have elapsed since the mailing date. If you believe your package has been lost/stolen, contact me immediately. After 15 business days have passed, I will contact you again, if your package has yet to arrive I will file a claim and send you a refund. Please contact me directly for more information.
